Course Description:

Solo practitioners and law firms often collaborate on client projects.  What are the ethical mandates associated with such collaborations?  

In this 90 minute CLE, we will explore of counsel relationships, contractual relationships between law firms, fee structures, co-branding initiatives, and conflicts checks. Our speakers will explore relevant ethical rules and best practices for meeting ethical requirement,  as well as provide an overview of current relevant case law.
