Please join with New York members of Women Owned Law for a virtual presentation entitled “How to Bring Mindfulness into Your Life and Law Practice,” presented by member Claire Parsons, Esq. The presentation will be one hour, followed by a 30-minute virtual networking session. This program is being jointly hosted by the New York regional steering committee and the Virtual Speaker Series. All WOL members are invited to attend.

How to Bring Mindfulness into Your Life and Law Practice

Many lawyers know about the benefits of mindfulness, but they struggle to start or maintain a meditation practice. Just in time to deal with holiday stress, this presentation will offer some quick tips and proven strategies to help you envision and implement mindfulness strategies. Fellow lawyer and frequent speaker on mindfulness, Claire E. Parsons, will explain in approachable, down-to-earth language how you can bring meditation out of the yoga studio or off the meditation cushion and into your life and law practice probably want to be seen in the news to attract more clients, keep in touch with referral sources and be recognized as a thought leader in your area of practice.

About the Speaker:

Claire E. Parsons is a Member at Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC where manages a practice in local government and school law, a family, and number community leadership roles. She is also an experienced meditator who speaks and writes frequently to help other professionals bring mindfulness into their lives. You can learn more about her at
