The evening before the Women Owned Law Symposium (Tuesday, May 10th) there will be a dinner at Estia Restaurant (1405 Locust St., Philadelphia, PA) from 7:30pm – 10:00pm. This is another opportunity for symposium attendees to gather and network with one another. An additional fee of $75 is required to attend the dinner.
Hear from WOL Board Member, Mandy Rosenblum, on why she plans to attend the dinner:
“Our busy schedules make it so difficult to get to know our colleagues. The dinner the night before our last in-person symposium reminded me of the importance of doing just that. At this event, I got to know attendees I had not previously met in a relaxed setting over a nice meal and a glass of wine. Sure, I had talked with some of them on the phone or had seen them online, but the opportunity to build relationships with them created a richer experience for all of us. At the symposium and in the years since, I have built upon these relationships which has made my work with WOL more satisfying. More importantly, I have called upon these trusted colleagues and new friends for their expertise and built referral relationships with them.”
If you have not already registered for the Symposium, please select the add-on for the pre-Symposium dinner on the registration form. If you are already registered for the Symposium and would like to add the dinner, please email [email protected]
All federal and local COVID-19 protocols will be followed and enforced. Seats are very limited for this dinner.
WOL strongly embraces and values diversity in all its forms and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization that meets the needs of all its members. We believe a diverse and inclusive organization will be stronger and better informed, reflective of the marketplace and will enable us to make a more meaningful, relevant and lasting contribution to women entrepreneurs in the law.
The symposium is going to be held at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline Institute of Trial Advocacy | 1200 CHESTNUT STREET | Philadelphia, PA and online via zoom. If you choose to join the WOL symposium in-person in Philadelphia, COVID protocols will be put in place. These protocols will be in-line with the CDC and local rules as well as the rules being enforced by the Drexel University, including use of the Drexel Health Checker - https://drexel.edu/coronavirus/health-safety/monitor-your-health/drexel-health-checker/.
